Villa Details

Master Suite: Set at the front of the property this spacious room with traditional dark wooden ceiling and hand-carved four-poster superking bed with comfortable fully sprung mattress (imported from the UK).  A dressing room leads into the bedroom with en-suite shower room off to the right and a large built-in wardrobe with traditonal dark wood doors to the left.  The en-suite is tiled in neutral tones and has two sinks, wc and large walk-in shower.  Sliding glass doors give access onto the front patio area with wooden pergoda and seating area.

Garden Suite:  Set to the rear of the property and accessed via it's own private corridor this light and airy room has a beautiful wooden sleigh bed with king-size fully sprung mattress (imported from the UK) and sliding doors onto the sunny side patio area.  Wooden full height wardrobes lead through a secret door to the en-suite shower room beyond.  

Twin Rooms: Both rooms have twin beds and private doors to the rear patio which is covered by a beautiful wooden pergoda to keep the south-facing rooms cool.  Single built-in wardrobes with dark wooden doors and ample hanging space complete the rooms.

Bathroom: Located next to the twin bedrooms the bathroom offers bath with shower over, sink and WC.

Living Room: open plan large room with high apex ceiling which leads through to the kitchen and has large window to the front garden and pool area.  Tiled flooring, comfortable large sprung sofa (can be made up as a double sofa bed), coffee table, wooden dining table and chairs to the rear of the room providing seating for 6.  

Large flatscreen TV with internet channels including many UK and Sky options (including Sky Sports, BBC etc).  DVD player, music player with bluetooth, selection of books and children's toys.  

Kitchen: Stunning large room offering full glass sliding doors to the front patio/BBQ area and pool.  Stone floor with mosaic, kitchen units with silestone worksurface, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, large french-door fridge freezer with internal wine fridge, toaster, kettle etc.

Garden: The villa is semi-detached but sits within it's own private gardens and is surrounded by a high wall to maintain privacy.  The front garden has a spacious patio area with built in BBQ and a dining table seating 8 set underneath a hand-carved wooden pergoda.  The large free-form heated pool is located in the front garden (further details in following paragraph).  A number of mature palm trees give dappled shade thoughout the day.

To the side of the villa a gate leads through to the rear garden.  The south-facing rear garden is protected from the Lanzarote breeze and is a tranquil sun-trap throughout the day.  A wooden pergoda and climbing plants provide a large shaded patio area to shelter from the midday sun.  The rear garden is planted with flowering shrubs and climbers, with stunning bouganvilleas growing along the rear wall.  It really is one of my favourite places in the world to spend time.

Swimming Pool: The pool is set in the fornt garden of the villa, surrounded by patio area, sunbeds and several tall palm trees.  There is a low wall and safety gate surrounding the pool to keep younger children safe.  The pool is free-form in style, measuring approximately 8m by 5m and going down to a depth of 1.5m.  The pool is accessed via shallow stone steps.  Attached to the pool are a circular spa pool with bubble jets and a small circular paddling pool for children.  The pool is solar heated with electrical back-up heating in the winter months.  The temperature sits at 26-28 degrees centigrade which we feel is a happy medium for both swimming in and playing in.  There are covers for all the pools to conserve heat when not in use as Lanzarote can be quite breezy.

Other Info: High speed broadband throughout the villa. Safes to both main bedrooms and intruder alarm system.  Solana area with washing machine and drying rail. Outside there are 4 fully reclining sunbeds, 4 reclining chairs and 4 easy chairs.  There is a rectangular wooden dining table seating 8 on the front patio and a circular wooden table on the rear patio which seats 6.  Off-road parking for one car and plenty of on-road parking directly outside the villa.  Pool safety gate and lockable front and side gates to maintain safety (especially of young children).

We can provide travel cot(s) and high chair for smaller guests, who we also provide with a small plastic step to reach the basin, potty, plastic plates/cups/cutlery, toys and books.   Other equiment (such as bed sides, play pens etc) can be hired - please just ask at time of booking.
